Description: | Noel en Musette, en Dialogue, et en Duo (III) from "Livres de Noels" by Louis Claude D'Aquin, organiste de la Chappelle du Roi, Paris (1694-1772).
Among the twelve Noel Daquin, in my opinion, this is the most delicate, poetic but certainly not easy to interpret, for the rhythmic sense to maintain and for the central part with the notes by 1/32, which, played on flutes, it seems to a flying butterfly, or rather, of the angels, above the cave where Jesus Christ was born.
Happy listening!
