This is the first piece of manuscript Mus ms 30439 I do not know the composer of. But whoever he was, he (or she) surely was someone who knew what he (or she) was doing. The piece starts like a French ouverture. After 14 bars it turns in the more familiar form of a chorale melody in long notes and a accompaniment that is build from elements of the chorale melody. The rythm of the first bars returns in the accompaniment in the last six bars. All in all a very well written beautiful piece.
But who is the composer?
If anyone knows who the composer is, please let me know in the comments.
