This chorale prelude by Kirnberger comes from an autograph that was part of the collection of the Amalienbibliothek in Berlin. Though I'm not sure, the autograph was probably destroyed in the fire that burned most of the collection in 2004. I found a copy of the autograph on the website http://www.bach-cantatas.com. See the score for the link.
Update: einer_von_weitem correctly pointed out that the library that was partly destroyed in fire was the Amalien Bibliothek in Weimar, not the Amalienbibliothek in Berlin. The Amalienbibliothek in Berlin is not an actual building, but rather the name of an extensive music collection, amassed by Anna Amalia von Preussen.
