Gigout's interesting early piece shows the roots of his composition-style:
Neo-Classicism with a neo-baroque or "Jugendstil" articulation (see also: Grand Choeur en Dialogue).
It was the first organ composition which Gigout published - according to my informations.

I have prepared a serie of seven more romantic Gigout-pieces from "Dix Pièces" which are already recorded.
I will post them after my holiday-tour to South-England.
