Ti adoro, Gesù buono,
schernito, schiaffeggiato,
tu doni il tuo perdono
a chi ti ha flagellato.

Ti adoro, Gesù pio,
in croce immolato,
ripenso nel cuor mio
che tu mi hai tanto amato.

I adore you, Redeemer,
crowned with thorns,
for every sinner
sentenced to death.

I adore you, good Jesus,
mocked, slapped,
you give your forgiveness
who you have scourged.

I adore you, Jesus pious,
immolated on the cross,
