Chorale Prelude BuxWV 178:
Ach Herr, mich armen Sünder
(Oh Lord, this poor sinner)

One of the most beautiful and executed the Chorale Preludes dedicated to the Lenten season of great Dieterich Buxtehude (1637-1707).

The richness of his work led him to be the greatest German composer in the generation between Heinrich Schütz and Johann Sebastian Bach.
