Sussex Scherzetto

This is the 3rd movement of 5 of "Sussex" Variations, A Carol Suite for Organ by Franklin D. Ashdown.

Registration (showing manuals in order of use):

Bovenwerk (III):

Hoofdwerk (II):
- Coupled to Rugwerk

Rugwerk (I) - only played from Hoofdwerk:
- Quintadeen 8'
- Roerfliuit 4'
- Woudfluit 2'
- Sifflet 1-1/3'

Pedaal:
- Open Subbas 16'
- Gemshoorn 8'

This registration gives it a somewhat "haunting" sound, which I really like. Because of the melody being played in several different registers, it makes it sound like there's more than just the one registration for the right hand. The left hand is always using the Bovenwerk and the right hand the Hoofdwerk.
