Giuseppe Guardiani was born in Tocco da Casauria (Pescara province, Abruzzo region, Italy) and lives in Torino (Piedmont region). He wrote "Il Verbo" in 2004, with the exception of the third movement ("Betlemme"), which dates back to 1950.
