As the winter weather begins to bite, here is a little reminder of the better things that come with this time of year.
Even though the piece was first conceived by Leroy Anderson in a heatwave in July 1946, it had a while to cool off before the first performance in 1949 by the Boston Pops Orchestra lead by Arthur Fiedler.
