Description:	A simple, meditative setting of a well known hymn. I have played this for years and enjoyed recording it with the Metz. I probably overdid the dynamic contrast in the second stanza--the score calls for only a crescendo to forte--but couldn't resist taking advantage of the Metz resources! Published in Come, Thou Fount of Every Blessing, Broadman Press, 1981.
