Joseph Reveyron (1917-2005) was for many years organist of Lyon Cathedral, following his teacher Edouard Commette. Although a gifted composer, he is not widely known... perhaps because he did not live and work in Paris (!) Only now some years after his death are some more of his unpublished compositions becoming available - this collection of 10 pieces all of which are about the Virgin Mary was released by Editions Le Chant du Monde in 2012
