After selecting the Browsertab I use the searchbox to find for example all recordings of an organ sampleset. After that I have listened to a recording I use Alt+arrow left with the intention of going back to the browserpage where my search result was. Then my Edge browser is asking me "Resubmit the form?". Then I use Ctrl+R to renew the page and then another popup panel is showing again "Resubmit the form?" I press the Continue button in that panel. Finally I now have the browser back but the page which showed my organ sampleset selection is gone away and I am "back to square one". How can I avoid that I have to repeat these steps and have to select again the searchbox? Thank you in advance for your help.
Do a 'right click' on the recording and select 'Open in new window' or 'Open in new tab'. If Edge doesn't give those options, start using Brave. It's a safer browser to use for anything.
Ctrl+left arrow does not work in Edge. Meanwhile I found that after the result is showed on that page I have to click on Playlist[On Page] on the top of the page. So in hindsight, the solution was simple.
It's just another "quirk" of this site that the first page of search results isn't saved into the URL and it asks you to resubmit the form when going back to it (and it will also revert to the blank search page if you close and reopen the browser), but the playlist workaround is a good find.
This no longer happens if there are multiple pages and you navigate to another page (or even subsequently click on the first page again), the search query will be in the URL.
