Uploaded by: Aida (Ida as in Idaho) (02/02/18)
Composer: Williams, Charles Lee
Sample Producer: CLR Resources
Sample Set: FCCLA: Skinner - First Congregational Church, Los Angeles
Software: Hauptwerk IV
Genre: Romantic
Description:
This is a response to Agnus_Dei's upload of yesterday of all 4 pieces. I chose this one just to demonstrate how it can sound with bells. Also, I'm pretty fond of 'bagatelles' (edit: = miniatures). Somehow less seems to be more, quite often. More easy for instance. ;-)

I added the full hour strokes, because as far as I know they belong to these pieces like the priest's 'Credo In Unum Deum' belongs to the choir piece that follows.

I transposed it from c down to g, in order to reach the largest bell and to avoid the typical thin carillon sound.

I also added Altiverb's King's College Cambridge convolution reverb to this mostly dry sampleset.

For those interested in my registration:
